About Rob Mesrie
Rob Mesrie is an NLP Master Health Practitioner and Thought Pattern Management (TPM) specialist based in London, with over 25 years of experience helping clients free themselves from food and pet allergies through non-invasive talking therapy.
Rob trained with some of the world's leading NLP figures — including Robert Dilts, Tim Hallbom and Suzi Smith — and has completed the full suite of NLP certifications, including Master Practitioner and Health Practitioner, on multiple occasions.
He has trained extensively in Thought Pattern Management (TPM) with its originator, Robert Fletcher, in both the USA and the UK — sponsoring Robert to bring TPM to the UK and personally training TPM practitioners here. He co-delivered TPM training programmes through TPM Europe.
Rob's view is that many illnesses are a physical manifestation of an unresolved mental or emotional experience, and that once the original cause of the immune system's error is addressed, the body is remarkably capable of healing itself. This is not about blaming a person for their allergy or illness — it is about regaining control and ownership of one's current and future health. His clients frequently achieve lasting results within one or two sessions.
Rob has written on the subject of NLP and allergy for FoodsMatter and has authored the article Is Our Immune System Confused?, which outlines the mind-body principles underpinning his work.
