How it works
Understanding the connection between your mind, your immune system, and the experiences that have helped many clients find relief.
An allergy is often a learned response—a mistake made by a highly efficient immune system trying to protect you.
Re-educating the Immune System
Traditional approaches to allergies involve avoidance, medication, or exposure therapy. Our approach is fundamentally different. We use non-invasive talking therapy to address the root cause of the allergic reaction at the level of immune system communication.
When you experience an IgE allergy, your immune system has incorrectly identified a harmless substance (like a peanut or pet dander) as a dangerous threat. It launches a defense mechanism, resulting in the allergic symptoms you experience.
The Talking Therapy Approach
During your 1.5–2 hour session, we don't use any needles, pills, or physical exposure. Instead, through structured, focused dialogue in a calm environment, we work to 're-educate' this automatic response. By accessing the pathways that link psychological states to immune function, we aim to teach your body that the trigger is safe.

What to expect
Most clients attend a breakthrough session (1.5–2 hours) followed by a single follow-up session (1 hour). You'll sit in a comfortable room, and we will talk. There is no trance, no hypnosis, and no physical contact. It is completely safe — we are simply talking.
This is a talking therapy, not a medical treatment. Results may vary between individuals. Please consult your GP before making any changes to how you manage your allergy or approaching allergens.
