About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the services provided by Rob Mesrie trading as Allergy Alternatives, The House, 85 Wimpole Street, London W1G 9RJ ("we", "us", "Rob"). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Important medical disclaimer
This service is not a medical treatment. The Allergy Freedom Process is a form of talking therapy using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Thought Pattern Management (TPM). It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before approaching your allergen following any session, you are strongly advised to re-contact your GP or medical practitioner and to seek appropriate medical supervision or allergy testing. Do not attempt to expose yourself to a known allergen without medical guidance, regardless of how you feel following a session. Anaphylactic reactions can be life-threatening.
If you carry an EpiPen or other emergency medication, you must continue to carry it at all times until cleared to do otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
Nature of the service
Rob Mesrie is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Thought Pattern Management (TPM) Practitioner. The Allergy Freedom Process works by exploring the psychological and neurological patterns associated with an allergic response with the aim of helping the client develop a different relationship with their immune system.
Sessions are conversational in nature. No drugs, needles, supplements, or physical allergen exposure are used at any stage.
The process is designed for clients with known, diagnosed IgE-mediated allergies. It is not suitable for allergies with unknown triggers or non-IgE mediated conditions.
Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Many clients have reported significant improvement or the absence of previous allergic responses following sessions. However, individual results vary and no representation is made that any particular client will achieve the same results.
The body of evidence supporting talking-therapy-based approaches to allergy is growing but is not equivalent to the clinical evidence base required of licensed medical treatments.
Our satisfaction commitment
We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your session, 100% of the fees paid for that session will be donated to a charity of your choice. This commitment applies to sessions completed in full and does not apply to cancellations or no-shows.
