How do you make people free from allergy?

Through a combination of Thought Pattern Management and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In a session or two, we work to encourage your immune system to respond differently to the allergen. Essentially, you will be asked a few questions and asked to imagine a few things — you will not be given any type of drugs or medication. Because the mind and body are so closely linked, as you change your thinking, your immune system may also change.

How many sessions do I need?

Many clients notice very significant changes after their first Breakthrough Session — sometimes within hours of leaving. The Follow-Up session, usually a week or two later, often consolidates and deepens those changes. Most clients complete the process in two sessions in total, though a small number return for a third where a separate allergen needs to be addressed.

Is this an allergy cure?

Accepted Answer

A cure for allergies is the holy grail — this is what all allergy experts would like to claim. We are only able to say that many clients find they are free to live their life without the restrictions they used to have. We never suggest that a client is ‘cured’. Instead, we suggest that clients observe the changes, or request a re-test from their GP or allergy testing clinic. Once you are satisfied that your immune system is behaving well, you are free to live your life once more.

Does this work with food intolerances as well as food allergies?

We can work with some food intolerances — please enquire for details. We’d recommend joining one of the free Q&As to pose your specific question, as the answer will depend on the nature of your particular intolerance.

How safe is the Allergy Freedom Process?

Accepted Answer

The Allergy Freedom Process is completely safe. Unlike many other forms of treatment, we never use any drugs, needles, potions or lotions — only conversation and guided imagination. We never actively bring any allergen into the room, so there is no risk of a reaction during the session itself. In over 25 years of practice, no client has ever reported any side effects at any time.

What does the treatment entail?

At one level, you will be talking one-to-one with your Practitioner. He will ask questions. You will be working as a team. At another level, you and your Practitioner will be working to encourage your immune system to respond more appropriately. Sessions are conversational in nature — Rob will ask questions about when your allergy started, how it affects you, and why you want to become allergy-free. You will be guided every step of the way.

Do you treat children?

Yes. Children are often the best clients as they are quick to learn and are often some of the happiest clients. The youngest client treated so far is six years old, and Rob is happy to work with younger children provided both the parent and the child are open to it. A parent must be present throughout the session so that everyone feels comfortable.

I was born with my allergy — it’s in my genes. Will the Allergy Freedom Process work?

It used to be believed that genes dictated your life, your body, and the illnesses you were likely to get. This is no longer considered to be true in the field of science and biology. A science called Epigenetics explains going beyond the limits of your genes. Even though your genes may indicate that allergies are more likely, it may still be possible to work towards a change in how your immune system responds.

My allergy is different — how will it work for me?

Quite possibly true. That said, many people who have thought this previously have been our most successful clients. There are three conditions we need for this process to work: Want to change: Really want to change. Some people have got used to living with their allergy and aren’t bothered about changing. Others want to change — and if this is you, it’s a good start. Know how to change: Change isn’t always easy. We will bring everything we have learned since beginning to work in the field of allergy to support your aim. Give yourself a chance to change: Hopefully this time you won’t miss out.

How sure are you that it will work?

Many clients with a wide range of allergies are currently experiencing freedom from allergy — including clients with allergies to nuts, dogs, cats, multiple allergies, orange juice, milk, wheat and gluten. Honestly speaking, we do not help everyone all of the time. This is why we offer a complimentary 15-minute Q&A before you book.

Is this suitable for all types of allergy?

The Allergy Freedom Process works specifically with known IgE-mediated allergies — where your immune system has been identified as over-responding to a specific allergen. We have had excellent results with cat, dog, food, nut, peanut, milk, orange, metal and zinc allergies, as well as multiple sensitivities. It is not suitable for allergies where the trigger is unknown, or for non-IgE mediated conditions such as certain food intolerances or delayed responses. What’s the difference between NLP allergy treatment and allergy shots (immunotherapy)?

Allergy immunotherapy works by repeatedly exposing the body to tiny, increasing doses of the allergen over months or years. The Allergy Freedom Process works differently: it uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Thought Pattern Management to encourage the immune system to respond differently, through conversation alone. There are no injections, no allergen exposure in the room, and no lengthy course of treatment. Most clients complete the process in one or two sessions.

What happens if it doesn’t work?

We are honest that we do not help everyone all of the time — which is why we offer a free 15-minute Q&A before you book, so you can ask questions and decide whether this feels right for you. If you attend a session and are not satisfied with it, 100% of the fee for that session is donated to a charity of your choice.

How much does a session cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer two session types: Breakthrough Session — £495: A 1.5–2 hour in-person session at The House, 85 Wimpole Street, London W1G 9RJ. This is the starting point for all new clients. Most people need one breakthrough session and one follow-up session. Follow-up Session — £195: A 1-hour in-person session for returning clients. Available where additional re-education is helpful or a new allergen needs to be addressed.
